Lovely Apreamare Don Giovanni. Current owner bought her in 2005. She spent most Summers in the South of France yet always migrated North, to The Netherlands for Winter storage and maintenance. EXTERIOR

GRP construction hull, deck and superstructure. Deck finished in teak. Planing deep-V hull with spray rails. Cap rails in solid teak with clear coat and stainless steel rubbing strake for protection.. Stainless steel searailing. Swim platform (teak with stainless steel frame) and swim ladder. Deck shower (hot/cold). Cockpit cover. Bimini. Electric anchor with anchor and chain. Exterior soft furnishing including a comfortable forward facing sun lounge on the bow. All fixed seating has covers and storage underneath. Well equipped (updated) helm with excellent visibility.

INTERIOR

Unusually airy-lofty cabin in high-gloss cherry. Several stainless steel frames portholes offer daylight and natural ventilation when desired. The wide companionway stairs take you below deck with ample (2.05m or 6′ 6″) headroom. On portside an enclosed bathroom with electric toilet, wash basin and separate shower. Going forward there’s a neat pantry for basic cooking with a sink, fridge (electric) and 2-burner ceramic cooker. All the way forward the ceiling drops and there’s a large French “Island” bed for two. On starboard there’s an L-shaped settee and here you’ll also find the electrics panel.

SYSTEMS – EQUIPMENT

Engine room:

The twin Yanmars are intercooled (interior coolant mixture and raw water with strainer and heat exchanger) shaft drive via a ZF 2-speed (!) hydraulic gearbox and water lubrication for the gland. There is a large automatic CO2 extinguisher for the engine room. Ship’s voltage: 12V. Generator: Mase 3.5 kW. Shore power with cable. Batteries: 4 x 100 Ah (12V), Mastervolt automatic battery charger, bilge pump, emergency cut off valves for engines and generator.

Helm:

Ritchie compass, Furuno VHF, Furuno autopilot, Raymarine C120W (updated) chart plotter GPS, hydraulic steering, trim tabs, Morse electric engine controls (fly-by-wire).

Misc:

Hydraulic gangway (also capable to lift Seabobs and a tender. Electric windlass (Lofrans), Alpine stereo, water pressure system, hot water boiler (engine and 220V)
